Splatting and dripping paint on the canvas goes back to the electric work of Pollack. I tried that out, and was motivated to see if the drips and splats could help me make a window to the space around us we can’t see – like wearing new glasses! It looks totally psychedelic!
Drip Series
These pieces are representative of a series I created by dripping liquid acrylic paint on canvas. In Blue Horizon, I was representing a hidden structure to our reality.
